Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel's location is ideal for exploring Rockhampton and enjoying its heritage buildings. The rooms, while not the most modern, left a lot to be desired with leaks onto the bed. The staff, however, were incredibly welcoming and efficient. The dining experience had its flaws but was ultimately satisfying. An overall good choice for our Rockhampton visit.
The hotel room was nice and clean, though there was an issue with the air conditioning leaking onto the bed during the night, which made my friend's side wet a few times. The ground floor location provided easy access to parking bays, but it looked nothing like the pictures and seemed farther from the river than expected.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The apartment-style room with a washing machine was a great bonus, although the balcony view was disappointing. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, even organizing a special car park for my electric car. The central location was perfect for exploring Rockampton, but the lack of nearby coffee places was a downside. The dining experience was delicious and great value for money. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The hotel is a fantastic find, offering great value for families with young children. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, with a good-sized bathroom and a huge shower cubicle. The service is exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff going above and beyond to make my stay special. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, close to the riverside, transport, shops, and restaurants. The dining experience was delightful, with attentive staff and delicious food. Overall, a top choice for a convenient and enjoyable stay.
The hotel was a gem in the city center, offering convenience to all attractions and dining options. The rooms were impeccably presented and unbelievably comfortable, despite a slight initial odor that quickly dissipated with fresh air. The service was exceptional, with adjustments made to accommodate my preferences at no extra cost, and the staff were incredibly friendly and pleasant. The location was ideal for exploring the city on foot and accessing nearby amenities, although dining options were limited outside standard meal hours. The dining experience was thoroughly enjoyable and reasonably priced, especially appreciating the gluten-free options. Overall, a superb choice for a stay in Rockhampton.
I found this hotel to be a great value for money. The rooms were clean, well-presented, and had all the expected amenities. The location was perfect for walking to the Great Western for our concert, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming, especially considering I arrived dripping wet from my motorbike ride. However, the dining options were somewhat limited, and the surrounding coffee places outside of standard meal hours were lacking.
